SoftWave & Lower Back Pain
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it typically take to see results from SoftWave therapy, and what kind of improvements can patients expect?
Softwave therapy results can happen in as little as one session. We do recommend patients try at least 3-4 sessions to give Softwave a chance to help them.
Does the Softwave therapy procedure cause any discomfort during or after the treatment?
Softwave therapy can produce some discomfort during the procedure. There is usually no discomfort after other than possible soreness the next day. Most people report decreased pain and better range of motion after their treatment.
How does Softwave therapy compare to other treatments for joint and muscle issues in terms of effectiveness and recovery time?
Softwave therapy is very effective for the treatment of joint and muscle pain. More and more professional athletes are using Softwave to treat injuries and speed up recovery.
How does SoftWave work to stimulate healing in areas with scar tissue or inflammation?
Softwave uses shockwaves that go deep into the body at over 3,000mph. These shockwaves expand the tissue at a rapid rate, causing scar tissue to break up. The expansion and contraction of the tissues also causes inflammation to be pumped out of the tissues.
SoftWave & Lower Back Pain
Hey everybody, this is Dr. Aaron Seaton with The Chiropractic Place, and I just wanted to share a little soft wave story with you guys. We have a patient recently, he's a little camera shy, so he would rather not be on camera, wanted me to share what has happened with him. He'd started coming in, he's been under chiropractic care, and seen improvement with his low back pain with that, but he was still having difficulty going on longer walks, would notice pain pretty consistently throughout his day.
Chiropractic care would help provide temporary relief, a little bit better quality of life, but he wasn't quite getting over that hump, so to speak, and we recommended to him, I want you to try this soft wave technology, and he has tried a lot of different things. He's used pain management, physical therapy, he's tried medications. So I just told him, let's try this out and just see what it does, see if we notice a difference.
He has since completed a whole series of visits with soft wave. Immediately after the first visit, he noticed a significant improvement in his pain. It was significantly decreased.
He noticed immediate changes to his range of motion, and he went on a walk the very next day, started noticing he could go further, and since we've done the series of visits with him with the soft wave, he's now walking over two miles a day, which was his goal. He's had between 80 to 90% improvement overall in his pain levels, so he is able to function, he is able to enjoy his quality of life. He is bending and lifting things without the level of pain he used to have.
So this has been a real game changer for that individual, and I wanted to share that with you guys out there, because if you're struggling with chronic low back pain, and you've tried lots of different things, consider giving soft wave a chance. Give our office a call. We have a really good introductory offer.
It's only $50 to come and try it for a session. With your low back, you might wanna try two or three sessions, but at least do that introductory session to see if there are some benefits to you, because this has made a significant difference in a number of our patients' lives, and it could affect yours as well. I'm Dr. Aaron Seaton with The Chiropractic Place.
Thank you.
